Royal Enfield will bring four hand-built custom motorcycles to this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed, showcasing the creativity and engineering behind its Custom World programme.

Each of the four one-off machines is based on the Shotgun 650 and will take to the famous hill climb for the first time during the event.

Making its global debut is the ‘Sawn Off Shotgun’ by Medaza Cycles, a bold ‘sports-chopper’ interpretation of the Shotgun 650 platform.

Built by Don Cronin and Mick O’Shea, the Irish duo will also be riding the bike during its first public outing at Goodwood.

Joining the Medaza machine will be three more standout customs. Aikawa-San from Japan’s Sure Shot will present ‘Samurai’, a sprint-ready build, while Dirk Oehlerking of Kingston Custom is unveiling ‘The Kingsman’ – a near four-metre-long Shotgun designed for maximum visual impact.

The fourth model, ‘Always Something’ by ICON Motosport, will be ridden over the weekend by friends of the brand.

Royal Enfield said the four motorcycles were hand-picked to showcase the flexibility of the Shotgun 650 platform and the brand’s commitment to supporting the global custom scene.

Each model embodies a distinct creative vision while demonstrating advanced craftsmanship and performance tuning.

The builds are being showcased at Goodwood Festival of Speed from 10th to 13th July 2025.
